Jo Cooper (f)

Jo is a clinical practitioner at the group and works 4 days across all the Beverley sites and has pre-bookable and same day appointments available.  Jo is an experienced Registered Nurse who has undergone extensive further training to enable her to see patients independently. 

Jo can assess, diagnose and prescribe.  Jo is also able to refer patients for x-ray, ultrasound scans and to hospital specialists if required.  Jo will see patients from age 1 and above. 

Jo cannot see patients in relation to contraception or menopause, and she does not see pregnant ladies.

Claire Jones (f)

Claire Jones is a clinical practitioner for Greengates Medical Group.  Claire works Monday to Friday at Cottingham Medical Centre and has both pre-bookable and same day appointments available.

Claire is an experienced Registered Nurse who has undergone extensive further training to enable her to see patients independently.  Claire can assess, diagnose and prescribe.

Claire is able to refer patients for x-rays, ultrasound scans and to hospital specialists if required. 

Claire can see patients with:

  • Chest / abdominal / back / knee pains
  • Ear check prior to syringing
  • Ears, nose and throat
  • Skin problems
  • Feet problems
  • Pill checks
  • Eye infections
  • Urine infections
  • Headache
  • Constipation
  • Blood Pressure medication
  • Any acute problems

However, Claire cannot see patients in relation to:

  • Pregnant ladies
  • Menopause symptoms
  • Genital problems
  • Serious conditions
  • Anxiety or depression
  • Children under 10 years of age
  • Issue sick notes

Ms Suzanne Alexander (f)

Sister Janet Almgill (f)

Sister Janet works Tuesday to Friday for the group and can be seen with nurse related items including:
Long term condition clinics for patients with chronic disease management.
She does cervical smear screening, dressings, suture/clip removals, dopplers, pill checks, holiday vaccinations, ear syringing and can also advise on many other medical matters.

Sister Maria Raper (f)

Sister Maria works on a Wednesday and can be seen with nurse related items including:
Long term condition clinics for patients with chronic disease management.
She does family planning, coil checks, cervical smear screening, dopplers, pill checks, holiday vaccinations and can also advise on many other medical matters.
